32 AI specialists turn a business idea into research, a plan, a budget, a website and launch posts. We are raising our first round. Every product and market figure on this page is measured, read from the product or linked to its source.

At a glance
Measured means a real run on the date shown. In the product means the number is read from the code that runs hatchioai.com.
One project, on the clock
Measured on 26 September 2026: an online date shop in Riyadh.
One project running on its own, started the way a signed-in founder starts one. 95 model calls and no mock output. 13 calls went to a second provider because two provider accounts had run out of balance, which is what the fallback is for.
Questions and answers
Pick a topic, then open a question.
An AI venture builder for people who have a business idea but no team. The founder describes the idea; 32 AI specialists in 9 departments research it, write the plan and the budget, design and build a real website, test it and draft the launch posts.
It is live at hatchioai.com in 10 languages, written for Saudi founders first (Arabic, right to left) and open to founders anywhere.
Yes. We are raising our first round.
The amount and the terms are not set yet. We would rather agree them with the right investor than publish a number first. To start a conversation, use Talk to the founder on this page.
John Mokaied, a Swedish software engineer with 20 years in startups, software and AI. He designed and built Hatchio.
Today the team is one founder. First hires are one of the four things the round pays for.
First-time founders and small business owners who would otherwise hire a consultant, a designer and a developer, or do it all themselves. The first market is Saudi Arabia; the product already works in ten languages.
20 steps that run in order, research first. In our timed run that meant 21 deliverables: competitor and market research, a customer profile, a feasibility study, brand strategy and identity, a product plan and business model, a startup budget in Excel, a financial model, a marketing plan with post drafts and a sales playbook, a website to preview and download, a security review, a QA report and a launch package.
The launch package waits for the founder’s approval. Nothing reaches a real customer without it.
In a timed run on 26 September 2026 (an online date shop in Riyadh, running on its own), the website was ready after 16.2 minutes and everything after 17.7. The minute each part arrived is shown on this page.
Projects that run at the same time queue behind each other. Seven earlier runs that queued reached the website in an estimated 14 to 28 minutes.
Yes. 7 example projects are public, each with its website, its files and every deliverable, made by the same pipeline founders use.
Underneath, Hatchio uses models from the same companies. What it adds is the team, the order, the checks and the files.
A chat assistant can do each task if you ask it well. Hatchio runs the whole process: the steps in order, an Excel budget, PDFs and a website instead of chat text, every result labelled with how sure it is, QA and security reviews of the website, and launch posts that wait for approval.
Yes. Arabic is a first language of the product, right to left throughout. For a project in Saudi Arabia the workspace adds a setup checklist (legal form, trade name, commercial registration, online store rules, tax, trademark), each step linked to the official government page.
Founders buy credits and spend them on work; there is no subscription. Packs cost $12 to $42.50 for 100 to 500 credits, and bought credits never expire.
Every account gets 40 free credits a month, enough for one complete project, so a founder sees the full result before paying.
A complete project uses about 39 credits: $3.32 to $4.68, depending on the pack.
Our AI cost for the timed project was $1.70, measured on 26 September 2026. Six earlier example runs averaged $2.45, re-runs included.
Planned, not live: brand videos and posting from Hatchio, paid in credits, and domains bought through Hatchio. Each is on the public roadmap with its status.
Prices are set in US dollars and charged in Saudi riyals at the 3.75 peg through Moyasar, a Saudi payment company. Checkout is built and stays switched off until one verified test payment.
Saudi Arabia. In the second quarter of 2026 the Ministry of Commerce issued more than 71,000 new commercial registrations, and active registrations reached 1,918,512, up 12% in a year.
Over the same year, active registrations in artificial intelligence grew 33% and in e-commerce 23%.

Jadwa AI, a Saudi platform, is the closest: research, a business model, a website with a custom domain and automatic posting to six platforms, on monthly plans. Murtakaz, also Saudi, offers feasibility pages, a deck and a profit and loss sheet, and a one-page site. Lovable builds apps and sites; Durable builds websites with blog posts and reviews; LivePlan writes business plans.
Where Hatchio differs: an Excel budget and financial model, QA and security reviews of the website, launch posts that wait for approval, ten languages, and paying per use instead of a monthly plan. Details come from each company’s own website, read on 24 September 2026; we have not tested their products.
A complete project costs us $1.70 to $2.45 in AI (measured), little enough to give every account one free project. And the number of businesses in Saudi Arabia keeps rising: 12% more active registrations in a year.
Yes. The section below shows what investors paid for companies next to us, with the source for each figure.
Not yet. Checkout is built and switched off until one verified test payment. Until then everyone uses the free monthly credits.
The whole pipeline at hatchioai.com: 32 specialists, the 20-step plan, the website builder, Excel and PDF files, 10 languages, voice input, installing Hatchio as an app, the Saudi setup checklist and asking for changes to any deliverable.
The public roadmap lists 9 items live, 4 in progress, 7 planned and 2 being explored (updated 26 September 2026).
More than 1,600 automated tests, a daily maintenance run that checks security, privacy, languages and dead code, and 7 public example projects made by the live pipeline.
We share usage figures in conversation, with the context that makes them meaningful, rather than on a public page.
Models from 5 providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and DeepSeek. Each step goes to the model that suits it; if a provider fails, another takes over. The real cost of every call is recorded.
With investment, we plan to run existing open models on our own servers, in Saudi Arabia if needed, adapted to Hatchio’s steps. Training a model from scratch is not the plan; it would cost far more than a first round.
Our own models keep data on servers we control. They are cheaper only at high volume; at low volume, renting models stays cheaper.
Projects are stored on servers in the European Union. The text of each request is processed by AI providers outside the EU, including in the United States and China. The privacy policy explains this in full.
Anything that would reach a real customer, such as launch posts, waits for the founder’s approval. Rule checks run before any model is called, so a model’s output cannot argue its way past them, and credits for a step that fails are refunded.
Not set yet. We would rather agree the amount and the terms with the right investor than publish a number first.
Four things. Our own AI: open models on our own servers. The Saudi launch: marketing to founders across the Kingdom. Apps for iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows, plus connectors (email, GitHub, Notion, Instagram, Meta ads and your own domain). And first hires.
We would rather name them. No revenue yet. A team of one. Dependence on outside AI providers, softened by using five of them with fallback. Customer data is stored in the EU while the first market is Saudi Arabia; if Saudi rules require local storage, moving it is a project, not a setting. And well-funded companies work on parts of the same journey.
The round is meant to address the first three.
