Hatchio AI is a software tool. You describe a business idea, and the service uses artificial intelligence to produce written material — research summaries, plans, strategies, briefs and similar documents — to help you think it through.
We are a software provider. We are not a consultancy, law firm, accountancy practice, or investment adviser, and we do not provide professional advice of any kind.
This is the most important section. Please read it.
Material produced by the service is generated by AI. It may contain mistakes, out-of-date information, or statements that sound confident but are wrong. Market sizes, financial projections, competitor details and similar figures are estimates produced by a language model, not researched facts, unless a source is explicitly cited.
You must independently verify anything you intend to rely on, and take professional advice before making legal, financial, tax or investment decisions. Do not treat output from this service as a substitute for a lawyer, an accountant or a qualified adviser.
You need an account to use the service. Keep access to your email secure, since signing in uses a code sent to it. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
The service runs on credits. One credit is consumed for each piece of work your AI team produces. Free accounts receive a monthly allowance. Paid plans and credit packs can be bought through our store.
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each period and do not roll over. Credits bought as a one-off pack do not expire. If a piece of work fails, the credit for it is returned to you automatically.
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals and may be subject to VAT. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
If the service fails to deliver work you paid for, contact us and we will refund the affected credits or the payment. Because credits are consumed immediately to generate content, we cannot generally refund credits that have already been spent and delivered.
If you are unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will try to put it right. Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by this section.
The material the service produces for you is yours to use. We claim no ownership of your business idea or of the documents generated for you.
We own the service itself — the software, design and branding. Similar output may be produced for other users with similar ideas; AI-generated text is not unique to you, and its copyright status varies by country.
Do not use the service to plan anything illegal, to produce material that is deceptive, harmful or infringing, to attempt to break or overload the system, or to resell the service as your own without our written agreement.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your material.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that material it produces will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purposes.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your account and content, including encrypted connections, access checks on every request against your signed-in session, and leaving payment card details entirely with our payment provider.
No system connected to the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to, alteration of, or loss of your data, nor from failures, outages or security incidents affecting the third-party providers we rely on for hosting, AI processing, email delivery or payments.
Please do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, national identification numbers, or other people's personal data into the service. It is not designed to hold that kind of information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data — including losses arising from decisions you made based on material the service produced, from interruptions to the service, or from security incidents.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or SAR 100 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Where a limitation is found unenforceable, it applies to the maximum extent the law allows.
You are responsible for how you use the material the service produces, for verifying it before relying on it, and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of applicable law.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Unused credits are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes will be handled by the competent Saudi courts.
