Hatchio AI is a software tool. You describe a business idea, and the service uses artificial intelligence to produce written material (research summaries, plans, strategies, briefs and similar documents) to help you think it through.
We are a software provider. We are not a consultancy, law firm, accountancy practice, or investment adviser, and we do not provide professional advice of any kind.
This is the most important section. Please read it.
Material produced by the service is generated by AI. It may contain mistakes, out-of-date information, or statements that sound confident but are wrong. Market sizes, financial projections, competitor details and similar figures are estimates produced by a language model, not researched facts, unless a source is explicitly cited.
You must independently verify anything you intend to rely on, and take professional advice before making legal, financial, tax or investment decisions. Do not treat output from this service as a substitute for a lawyer, an accountant or a qualified adviser.
Pitch decks and investor material. The workspace can assemble a deck from your existing project deliverables, and the standalone AI Pitch Deck Generator can draft a new presentation from the information you provide. A generated deck is a working draft, not a prospectus, offering document, investment advice or verified financial forecast. AI may omit context or produce inaccurate statements; we do not represent that a deck meets any standard expected by an investor, bank or regulator. Verify every claim, figure, source and assumption before sharing it. You are responsible for the claims in any deck you distribute. AI Image Generator. Images are generated from your prompts and may contain errors, visual artefacts, or similarities to existing material. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompt, inputs and use of the output respect applicable law and third-party rights. We do not guarantee uniqueness, exclusivity, trademark clearance or suitability for a particular commercial use. The standalone pitch-deck generator provides a free slide preview; unlocking PowerPoint or PDF downloads costs five credits once per generated deck, with the charge shown before export. The AI Image Generator costs one credit per image generation. If image generation fails and produces no usable output, its credit charge is returned.
AI CV Generator. The AI CV Generator writes a CV from the details you give, reviews a CV, or rewrites one. It works only from what you provide and is instructed not to add employers, dates, qualifications or figures, but AI can still make mistakes or misread a document. A review and its scores are an opinion, not an assessment by a recruiter or by any particular applicant tracking system. A CV it writes is a draft: read every line and correct it before you send it. You are responsible for the truth of what your CV says, and we do not promise an interview, a job or any other result. The CV is written in English, with one more language if you ask for it. Each AI run (writing, reviewing or rewriting a CV) costs two credits, shown before you confirm. If a run produces no usable result, its credits are returned. Laying out a CV by hand and downloading it are free.
AI SEO Analysis. The AI SEO Analysis reads public pages of the website address you give (its home page, up to five more pages, its robots.txt file, its sitemap and its llms.txt file), requesting them as a crawler that names itself HatchioSEO, and reports what it found. Analyse only a website you own or are allowed to analyse. The measured checks describe the pages as our server received them at that moment: we do not run the scripts on a page, so content that a browser adds afterwards is not read, and a page that could not be read in time is reported as not measured. The report does not contain search rankings, backlinks, traffic, Core Web Vitals or whether any AI system cites the website, because we do not have that information. The content assessment is written by an AI model and is an opinion, marked as an estimate; AI can make mistakes. The scores are our own summary of the checks, not a rating by Google or by any search or AI company, and we do not promise a ranking, traffic, a citation or any other result from following the report. Each analysis costs ten credits, shown before you confirm and charged when the analysis starts. If the website cannot be read, if the analysis stops or runs out of time, or if the AI assessment cannot be written, the credits for that analysis are returned automatically. Downloading a report as a PDF costs ten credits, once per report; the same report can then be downloaded again at no charge. To prevent misuse, the number of analyses an account may start, and the number for one website, within a period is limited. A report is kept in your account until you delete it or your account.
AI events calendar and domain search. These are information tools. Event listings are gathered from online research and can be wrong or out of date: confirm the date, the place and the tickets on the organiser’s own website before you book or travel. The domain search reports what the domain registries answered when you searched; “no registration found” is not a promise that a name can be registered.
An account is required to use our tools (the events calendar can be read without one), create and manage projects, save and access workspace outputs, buy credits, and use the ongoing workspace service. You can fill in a tool’s form before you sign in; nothing is generated until you do. Keep access to your email secure, since signing in uses a code sent to it. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
The service runs on credits. Each piece of work your AI team does, such as a step of your project, a change you ask for or a batch of outreach drafts, is charged twice what it cost us to run, rounded up to whole credits, and at least one credit. What it cost us to run is what we record as its cost: what our providers charge for the AI models, web searches and images it uses, or our estimate where a provider has not published a price. Credits are valued for this at our lowest price per credit, that of the 500-credit pack before VAT (US$0.138). Before the work starts, the workspace shows an estimate (“about N credits”). That estimate is held from your balance while the work runs. When it finishes, you are charged its price and the rest of the hold comes back. If it cost more than was held, the difference is taken from your balance where it can be; whatever your balance cannot cover, we absorb, and your balance never goes below zero. Work that fails, or delivers nothing, is not charged, and its whole hold comes back. If your balance cannot cover an estimate, a step of your project waits until you add credits, and other work is not started until your balance covers its estimate. Credit packs can be bought through our store.
Free accounts receive a one-time grant of 50 free credits to start their first version. This grant does not reset or roll over. Free credits are used before bought ones. Credits bought as a one-off pack do not expire.
Website launch package. After your first website draft, you can unlock code downloads, export to your own GitHub repository, and publish or republish the project at an address ending in hatchio.site for one payment of 50 credits per project. The package is charged once and stays unlocked for every later draft, revision, export and publish of that project; there is no separate credit charge per publish or republish. The package does not include buying or renewing a custom domain, third-party domain fees, or paid services offered by a registrar. We show the package price and your available balance before you confirm. Taking a website offline, restoring a retained version, rolling back to an earlier version, and opening or sharing its address remain free. Hosting on hatchio.site is included; there is no separate hosting subscription or monthly hosting fee. If the package purchase fails, it is not charged; once the package is successfully unlocked, its credits are not automatically returned merely because you later choose not to publish.
Tools with their own price. Some tools outside a project carry their own price in credits, and each shows that price before you confirm. The restaurant QR menu is charged once for a menu, when you first publish it: changing that menu, replacing its photos or its PDF, taking it offline and publishing it again are free, and so are drafts and previews. A QR code that opens a PDF or a video costs 100 credits, once, when the file is published: we host the file, and replacing or deleting it later is free. On the QR code generator, making and previewing a code is free. Downloading a code costs five credits, once per code: the first download, in any format (PNG, SVG, JPEG or PDF), unlocks every format of that code, and downloading it again is free. A hosted file can be opened by anyone who has its code or its link, section 7 applies to what you upload, and to keep the service fair a hosted file may be opened a limited number of times a day. A menu you publish is public, like a published website (section 8), and section 7 applies to what you put on it.
Prices are in US dollars and you are charged in US dollars. If you pay with Apple Pay, you are charged the same price in Saudi riyals, converted at the Saudi Central Bank’s fixed rate of 3.75 riyals per US dollar, and an Apple Pay refund is made in riyals. If you live in Saudi Arabia, or your business is established there, 15% Saudi VAT is added; the price, the VAT and the total are shown before you pay. Whether Saudi VAT applies is decided from the billing country you select at checkout. We suggest a country from your connection, but the one you select is the one we use. No Saudi VAT is added for customers elsewhere. Every purchase comes with an invoice (a tax invoice where VAT applies) that you can open from your account. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
If the service fails to deliver work you paid for, contact us (section 16) and we will refund the affected credits or the payment. Credits charged for work that was successfully delivered pay for the content that was generated, so we cannot generally refund them.
If you are unhappy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will try to put it right. Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by this section.
A refund goes back to the card you paid with, in the currency you paid in, and comes with a credit note for your records.
The material the service produces for you is yours to use. We claim no ownership of your business idea or of the documents generated for you.
We own the service itself: the software, design and branding. Similar output may be produced for other users with similar ideas; AI-generated text is not unique to you, and its copyright status varies by country.
Do not use the service to plan anything illegal, to produce material that is deceptive, harmful or infringing, to attempt to break or overload the system, or to resell the service as your own without our written agreement.
Outreach. The service can draft messages to people you add to a contact list. Nothing is sent until you have read the drafts and approved them. When you do, the message is yours: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact that person, for the marketing and anti-spam rules that apply where they are, for honouring an opt-out, and for the terms of whichever platform carries it. Do not use it to send bulk unsolicited messages, and do not upload a list you bought or scraped.
Finding customers. Where the Customers tab is switched on, the service can research organisations that may buy from you and draft first messages, follow-ups and replies to the people you add. The service drafts, you approve, and each message goes from your own email account. You are the sender of that outreach and responsible for it, including the anti-spam and privacy law where the recipients are: in Saudi Arabia that includes the rules of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission on unsolicited messages, and for recipients in the European Union, the GDPR. Do not use a list you bought. Honour every opt-out: when someone opts out, the service does not write to that address again.
Connected accounts. You connect an account through that platform's own authorisation screen, and we act only within the permissions it grants. We never ask for your password. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes our copy of the access token; revoking our access at the platform itself is a separate step, done there.
When your team has built a website, you can put it online and we host it for you at an address of the form yourname.hatchio.site, over HTTPS. The hatchio.site domain is ours: the address is part of the service, not a domain registered to you. Connecting a domain you already own is being rolled out to eligible accounts and may not be enabled for every account or site. We do not sell or register domain names. The domain search on our site is free and for information only: it is not an order or a reservation, and we do not charge you or register a domain from it. If you register a name, you do so with a registrar you choose, at its prices and under its terms; any registrar price we show is a dated guide, not our price. Hosting is included; there is no separate hosting subscription and no monthly hosting fee. Publishing is included in the one-time website launch package described in section 4; there is no separate credit charge per publish or republish.
A published website is public. Anyone with the address can open it, and search engines may index it. Do not publish anything you are not willing to make public.
Readable text. Before a website goes online we check that its text can be read against its background, by the WCAG AA colour-contrast minimum (4.5:1, or 3:1 for large text). A website that fails the check is not published until its colours are fixed, and a refused attempt costs nothing.
The content is yours, and your responsibility. You are responsible for everything on your website, including material the service generated for you: its accuracy, your right to publish it, the claims it makes, and its compliance with the laws that apply to you and to your visitors. Section 2 applies to generated material on a website exactly as it applies to a document, and section 7 applies to what you publish.
Form submissions and your visitors’ data. If your website has a contact or enquiry form, we store what visitors send through it on your behalf, so you can read it in your owner dashboard, and we show it only to you. As between you and us, you are the controller of that data: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for giving your visitors your own privacy notice. We process it only to provide the dashboard, keep it isolated from every other business, and delete it when you delete the project.
Every published website carries a small “Built with Hatchio AI” badge and a “Report this site” link in its footer, in the website’s own language. Anyone can use that link to tell us about a website they believe breaks these terms or the law.
Taking a website offline. We may take a website offline, or decline to publish it, if we reasonably believe it breaches section 7 or these terms, infringes someone else's rights, is the subject of a credible complaint or a legal demand, or endangers the service for other users. Visitors then see a notice that the website is unavailable, and your workspace shows that it has been suspended; contact us if you believe that was a mistake. Credits spent publishing a website that we take offline for breach are not returned.
Intellectual property. Before a website goes online, and again while it is online, we check it automatically for signs that it uses another business’s name, logo, slogan, pictures, fonts or code without permission, or imitates another business. The check compares the website with a reference list of brands and with what the website itself contains. It is not a search of any trademark register, it is not legal advice, and passing it does not mean your website respects everyone’s rights. We may decline to publish a website the check flags until it is changed. If you own, or are allowed to use, a brand or material the check flags, you can record that in your workspace; for well-known brands and for banks, payment services and government services, we confirm it before the website can be published. You are responsible for what you record being true, and for holding the rights to everything on your website.
If you believe a website copies your work or your brand, tell us at hatchioai.com/contact?topic=ip, or with the “Report this site” link on the website. Please include your name and contact details; the right you hold (for example a trademark registration or the original work) and who owns it; the website’s address and what on it you believe infringes; and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law. We review every complaint. If we find it credible, we may take the website offline and stop it from being published, rolled back or restored until the matter is resolved; its owner sees this in their workspace and can contact us to respond. We may share the complaint with the website’s owner so they can respond.
We keep the files of your last three published versions so you can roll back, and the current version when you take the website offline yourself, so you can put it back. Deleting the project or your account deletes the website and its files. We do not guarantee that a published website will be available without interruption, and we may discontinue hosting with reasonable notice, as in section 9.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your material.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that material it produces will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purposes.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your account and content, including encrypted connections, access checks on every request against your signed-in session, and leaving payment card details entirely with our payment provider.
No system connected to the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to, alteration of, or loss of your data, nor from failures, outages or security incidents affecting the third-party providers we rely on for hosting, AI processing, email delivery or payments.
Please do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, national identification numbers, or other people's personal data into the service. It is not designed to hold that kind of information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data, including losses arising from decisions you made based on material the service produced, from interruptions to the service, or from security incidents.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or SAR 100 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Where a limitation is found unenforceable, it applies to the maximum extent the law allows.
You are responsible for how you use the material the service produces, for verifying it before relying on it, and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of applicable law.
Where you add other people's details to the service, such as a contact list, those details remain their personal data and you decide what happens to them. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold them and for answering that person if they ask. We hold them on your behalf and delete them with your account.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and take a published website offline as described in section 8. Unused credits are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes will be handled by the competent Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
