Hatchio Programs

For startups, startup accelerators and business incubators

Help every founder move from idea to validated progress.

Startups research, plan, build and test with Hatchio's AI startup team. Accelerators and incubators follow each cohort's progress, review the evidence and report outcomes.

Everything marked Live today is in the product now. Items marked Pilot roadmap are built with pilot partners and are never presented as finished.

How a program runs

  1. 01Configure the program

Start from the five-stage template or a blank one; set stages, milestones, deadlines and the evidence each milestone accepts.

  2. 02Invite founders

Invitations go to each founder's email; they sign in with it and link their own Hatchio project.

  3. 03Execute milestones

Founders submit their Hatchio outputs, links and notes as evidence, milestone by milestone.

  4. 04Review evidence

Assigned mentors approve, request a revision or reject, with a note the founder sees.

  5. 05Measure outcomes

Dashboards and reports count only reviewer-approved milestones; AI output is always labelled as such.

A six-week pilot, agreed together

An illustrative starting point: 15 to 20 founders, the default five stages, two mentors per founder. The final cohort size, scope, pricing and success criteria are agreed with you before it starts.

  • Founders: 15 to 20, each with their own Hatchio account and project
  • Milestones: configured with your team before week one
  • Success criteria: set together and reported every week
  • Commercial terms: to be agreed (cohort package, per founder or annual)

What we measure

Measured, not promised. Every number comes from records your team can open.

  • Founder activation: signed in, project linked, first submission
  • Milestone completion: approved by a reviewer, on time or late
  • Evidence quality: what reviewers approved, sent back or rejected
  • Mentor feedback: decisions and notes per founder
  • Time spent on reporting: before and during the pilot
  • Cost per participating startup: credits granted and used

Questions accelerators and incubators ask

How does onboarding work?
An administrator signs in, creates the organization, picks the program template, creates a cohort and invites founders. The whole flow is self-serve; we help with the first cohort.
How is it priced?
Founders use Hatchio credits. Institutions buy a credit pool and grant credits to founders within a cap; the commercial model for the pilot is agreed together and written down.
Who sees a founder's work?
Only the founder, unless they submit an output as evidence. Assigned mentors and the program team see submitted evidence; nobody outside the organization does. Every decision is logged.
What about privacy and data?
Hatchio's privacy policy applies to founders' accounts. Our hosting, AI providers and retention periods are listed there; we do not claim certifications we do not hold.
What does implementation take?
No integration is needed. Staff and founders use their email to sign in. Single sign-on is a future integration, not available today.
What is in the pilot and what is not?
Everything marked Live today. Uploads of evidence files and the narrative copilot are on the pilot roadmap and are built with partners, never promised.

Hatchio does not replace mentors, customer research, legal advice or investment decisions. It gives founders a faster first version and gives your team the evidence to review.
