Your Subscription Journey

We confirm the details with you before any deliveries begin.

Share Your Office Details
Tell us your team size, Riyadh district, contact details and where deliveries would go.
Confirm Your Machine
This plan supplies beans, not brewing hardware. Let us know your existing bean-to-cup or commercial machine model and whether you need whole beans or a suitable grind.
Review the Plan
The proposed plan is 800 SAR per month for 4 kg of beans, with weekly Sunday deliveries. We will confirm the setup with you before it starts.
Arrange Delivery Access
Provide your building, floor, access instructions, Short National Address and a Sunday reception contact so we can arrange the drop-off.
Receive Beans and One Invoice
The plan is for weekly beans from local Saudi specialty roasters and one PDF invoice at month-end, payable by corporate bank transfer.

An Existing Machine

Have a bean-to-cup or commercial brewing machine already. Hardware is not supplied or leased.

Provide your office district, delivery access and Short National Address.

The 4 kg monthly plan is intended for offices in this size range.

How We Choose Each Week's Roaster

We have not signed any roasters yet, so the weekly lineup is not fixed. We plan to select from local Saudi specialty roasters using these checks.

Check the Roast Date

Choose a freshly roasted batch rather than relying on a fixed name or a standing rotation.

Confirm Saudi Roasting

Make sure the coffee was roasted in Saudi Arabia by a local Saudi specialty roaster.

Taste It First

Taste the coffee ourselves before selecting it for an office delivery.

The proposed plan is a curated rotation, not a choice of named roasters. No roasters have been signed yet. Each week's selection will depend on roast date, Saudi roasting and our own tasting.

The plan is for one consolidated PDF invoice at month-end, with VAT itemised and payment by corporate bank transfer. No payment is processed through this draft website.

If your finance team requires one, mention it in your application. We can discuss the process before confirming deliveries.
