   As soon as you submit, the screen confirms we have your request. It also sets your expectation: we aim to match you within 24 hours on weekdays. You will not wonder whether the form worked.

   We match you by hand

   We pick a primary walker who lives near you, has been reference-checked, and whose schedule fits yours. We also confirm a named backup who has already met your dog. No algorithm. We do this ourselves, which is exactly why it works.

   You see both names, then pay

   The match confirmation shows your primary walker and your named backup above the payment button. Always. You can see who is coming before any money moves. Then you pay securely on-platform.
